1. Who we are

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. What we collect

From this website

  • Instant preview inputs — the vertical, weekly ad spend, lead count and booked-job count you enter. These are numbers about a business, not about an individual, and we do not store them.
  • Enquiry details — if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
  • Purchase details — if you buy an audit, our payment processor collects your name, email and billing address. We never see or store your card number.

During an audit

  • Advertising account data — campaigns, keywords, spend, locations, devices, timing
  • Lead records — call recordings and metadata, chat transcripts, form submissions
  • Booking and invoicing records used to determine which leads became jobs

Lead records routinely contain personal information about third parties — the people who contacted your business. We process that information solely to produce the audit, as a service provider acting on your instructions.

3. How we use it

  • To classify leads and produce the audit report you commissioned
  • To configure the qualified-job conversion signal sent back to advertising platforms
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide support
  • To process payment and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell personal information, share it with other clients, or use client data to train machine-learning models.

4. Who we share it with

We use the following third-party services, each of which may process data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery, including server logs and IP addresses.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Card details are collected by Stripe on Stripe's own systems and are never transmitted to or stored by us.
  • Anthropic — the AI model behind the instant preview and the lead-classification step. Preview inputs sent to this service are business metrics only and are not used to train models.
  • Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

Some of these providers process data outside Australia, including in the United States. By using this site or engaging our services, you consent to that disclosure.

5. How long we keep it

Audit source data — call recordings, lead records and account exports — is retained for 12 months after the report is delivered, then deleted. The reports themselves are retained for 24 months, so we can answer questions about past findings. Financial records are retained for seven years as required by Australian tax law. Instant preview inputs are not stored at all.

If you would prefer your source data deleted sooner, email us and we will action it.

6. Security

Access to client data is restricted to personnel who need it to deliver the audit. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Email me.lantzke@gmail.com.

If an individual whose data appears in your lead records contacts us directly, we will refer them to you, as you are the entity that collected that information.

8. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at me.lantzke@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

9. Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our host may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always the one published at this address, with the date shown at the top.
